Har har, after I saw the 8th Pokemon movie, the first thing I thought was, "Lucario's hadou-seeing abilities are just like Neji's Byakugan." Let's see, Lucario can see hadou energy just like Neji can see chakra flow. This ability also allows Lucario to see right through Mew's tranformation, just like Neji's Byakugan allows him to see right through ninjutsu and genjutsu. Lucario's ability also allows him to see great distances and past solid objects (like in the beginning of the movie when he saw the two armies coming), as well as allows him to see in a 360 degree view (like when he dodges the logs when he was training with Aaron). Neji can also see past objects and see great distances, and also has the ability to see in 360 degrees. Now you can't tell me that that's not similar.

This was just a quicky, just 'cuz I haven't submitted anything in a while. I hadn't done cell shading in a while, so I didn't want to get rusty. So I mean, if the shading looks a little off, its just cuz I haven't cell shaded in a while. Also, I realize I did a crappy job with the Jukenhou Hakke background thingy, but I mean it is kinda hard to draw straight lines with a retarded mouse like mines.

Anyways, it's Lucario dressed as Neji (and using his ability too). Critique welcome as always.
